Agreement to Terms

Alyzai is an AI assistant platform designed for businesses. By accessing or using Alyzai, you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the platform.

Account Requirements

1. Eligibility: You must be 18 years or older to access our services.

2. Account Information: You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

3. Credential Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the platform. Misuse includes, without limitation:

1. Unauthorized Access: Attempting to access accounts, systems, or data without permission.

2. Interference: Disrupting or attempting to disrupt platform functionality or security.

3. Unlawful Activities: Using Alyzai for illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.

4. Abusive Automation: Deploying agents or workflows that overload systems, generate abusive content, or violate third-party terms.

5. Prohibited Content: Uploading or generating content that is unlawful, infringing, or violates the rights of others.

   We reserve the right to investigate misuse and take appropriate action.

Use of AI Features

1. User Responsibility: You are responsible for the prompts, instructions, and workflows you create. Outputs may require human review before being used operationally.

2. Data Handling: AI processing is ephemeral unless you choose to store content within the platform.

3. No Model Training: Your private data is never used to train public or proprietary models.

4. Accuracy & Limitations: AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies. Alyzai provides no guarantee of correctness.

Third-Party Integrations

We only share data when necessary to operate and deliver Alyzai’s services.

1. Optional Use: Connecting external services (Google Drive, Microsoft 365, etc.) is optional.

2. Authorization: By enabling an integration, you authorize Alyzai to access only the data required for the features you activate.

3. Third-Party Terms: Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and policies.

Service Availability

We strive to provide a reliable platform, but:

1. No Guaranteed Uptime: Alyzai may experience interruptions for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen issues.

2. Feature Changes: Features may be modified, added, or discontinued.

3. Beta Features: Experimental features may behave unpredictably and may be removed at any time.

Termination of Access

We reserve the right to limit, suspend, or terminate your access to the platform if your activities violate these Terms, compromise security, or pose a risk to other users or to the stability of the service.

When appropriate, we will provide notice before taking action, but immediate suspension may occur in cases involving misuse or security concerns.

Intellectual Property

1. Your Content: You retain ownership of all documents, inputs, and materials you upload or generate.

2. License to Operate the Service: You grant Alyzai a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely to provide platform functionality.

3. Alyzai IP: All platform features, designs, code, and branding are the property of Alyzai.

Liability & Disclaimers

1. No Warranty: Alyzai is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

2. Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alyzai is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

3. User Responsibility: You are responsible for decisions made based on AI outputs.

Modifications to This Policy

We may update these Terms periodically.
The latest version will always be available on our website.
Continued use of Alyzai after updates indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France and European Union regulations, to the extent applicable.
