Technical Data: Usage metrics (pages viewed, actions performed, performance metrics) & Log data (IP address, device type, browser information). This information helps ensure the stability, performance, and security of the platform.

How We Use Your Data

We use your data only to operate the platform and deliver the features you explicitly choose to use.

Service Functionality: Your data is processed solely to provide platform features such as search, assistants, workflows, and document interactions. All processing is ephemeral unless you choose to store content within the platform.
Security & Reliability: We use limited technical data to ensure performance, prevent misuse, maintain availability, and secure your account and workspace.
Product Improvements: Aggregated and anonymized usage data (not your documents or content) may be used to improve platform stability and user experience. Your private content is never used for model training.
Personalization: We may tailor feature behavior based on your in-platform actions (e.g., recently used agents, preferred workspace settings), without analyzing or reusing your private content for other purposes.

Alyzai does not use your data to train public or proprietary models.
Alyzai does not share your data with third parties for advertising or marketing.

Data Sharing

We only share data when necessary to operate and deliver Alyzai’s services.

AI Processing

We process your data only to generate responses and operate the features you explicitly use.

Ephemeral Processing: Your anonymised content may be temporarily processed by AI systems to generate responses, assist with workflows, or perform searches. This processing is short-lived and not stored unless you choose to save the output.
No Model Training: Your private content (documents, messages, prompts, integrations) is never used to train or fine-tune any AI model.
Product Improvements: Aggregated and anonymized usage data (not your documents or content) may be used to improve platform stability and user experience. Your private content is never used for model training.
Workspace Isolation: AI processing is isolated per customer. Your data is never mixed with other customers’ data and is not accessible outside your workspace.
User Responsibility: You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated outputs before applying them operationally, especially in business-critical contexts.
Alyzai does not reuse, resell, or repurpose your private content for any external AI system.
